Brandon is an industry leader in assisting entities increase their fiscal position and gain equitable access to capital. He founded his first firm Comer Capital Group in 2008 and has expanded his platform through CCG Asset Management and Alterity Capital to provide corporate and municipal financial advisory services, asset management, and impact focused private equity funds. He has represented over 50 municipal entities across the country, serving as FA on over $4.5 billion in debt transactions. Brandon has also advised and syndicated transactions for arenas, stadiums, TeamCo and league credit facilities including the NFL and MLS, in addition to credit facilities for various NFL, NBA and MLB franchises, and ancillary developments including hotels.

Allison King serves as the Accounting and Compliance Officer at Comer Capital Group, where she provides strategic leadership for the firm's accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance programs. She oversees the firm's financial operations and compliance obligations as a registered municipal advisor, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, including requirements established by the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Allison is responsible for strengthening internal controls, maintaining accurate financial reporting and recordkeeping, and supporting the firm's commitment to operational excellence and regulatory integrity. She also plays an integral role in client engagements by providing financial analysis, document review, transaction diligence, and financial oversight throughout the advisory process.
